Custom-made jewelry, unique, like you…

It all starts with an appointment. Bring me your ideas, a story, an anecdote, a photo, a sketch. A stone to be set, an old piece of jewelry to be revived or recycled. And an estimate of the budget you wish to allocate to your order!

All pieces to be made require a visit to my workshop to select the materials, choose the colour of the metal, take measurements, and discuss the design and process.

Following this meeting, you will receive a quote.

There are several stages of production that help clarify your expectations and desires. The fittings give you time to reflect and confirm your choices.

My "custom-made" process

Bijoux sur-mesure, unique comme vous

1. The first meeting

We discuss your project in order to define a design using sketches or models made before your eyes. Several parameters are necessary:

  • Prise de mesures.
  • Choice of metal(s)
  • Choice of gemstone(s)
  • Choice of setting
  • Choice of finish; type of surface (brilliant, matte, rough...), engraving, colour treatment...

Allow around an hour for a simple piece of jewelry. Two hours for a pair of wedding rings.

2. Trying on the wax model

One of the possibilities for making jewellery is the wax model.

This technique allows you to visualise your jewellery in 3D, to try it on, to make modifications for comfort, design or dimensions.

If your piece has been designed for different precious metals, it is at this stage that you make your final choice.

The wax stage will give way to a second meeting, the metal test.

3. Trying on the metal model

An appointment is made to try on the jewellery being manufactured. Sometimes two appointments are required for more complex jewellery.

This fitting allows you to check the design, comfort and dimensions. You validate the finishes chosen during the first meeting.

It is important that you are able to follow the progress of the manufacturing of your piece(s) of jewellery in order to make the necessary modifications at the appropriate time.

4. The delivery

Thanks to the creative process in which you took part, you discover the finished item(s), delivered in its case.

This last step is the result of the “tailor-made” adventure.
